This Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course has been challenging players of all abilities and handicaps from across the world since 2007. Set against the backdrop of the Serra do Caldeirão mountains to the north and the Atlantic Ocean to the south, the 7182 yard, par 72 course blends seamlessly with the surrounding landscape.

Quinta da Cima
Quinta da Cima is the sister course to Quinta da Ria and it offers different and very unique characteristics: wide fairways and well based bunkers, the several lakes and streams which calls for a good deal of precision playing. The water hazards of the course and the long fairways emphasise the need for a good club selection, challenging even the most experienced players.

Situated in the Eastern Coast, Quinta da Ria Resort features two spectacular golf courses, Quinta da Ria and Quinta de Cima, both 18-hole golf courses with an unforgettable scenery.
This resort complex offers challenging golfing and a unique landscape toany visitor. Located just over half an hour from Faro International Airport, Quinta da Ria is perfectly integrated in the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve, the most significant eco-system in the Algarve, comprised of a line of barrier Islands along the coast, making this protected wet-land a rich nature habitat for numerous biological species.
Designed by the architect Rocky Rocquemore, the Ria course is the most breathtaking golf course in the region. The pleasant see views and sandy beach islands, combined with the mountain landscape of the opposite site undoubtedly make Quinta da Ria a paradise for any golfer.

Quinta do Vale
Designed by Severiano Ballesteros, Quinta do Vale Golf Resort features an 18-hole Championship layout including 6 Par-5´s, 6 Par-4´s and 6 Par-3´s. Superbly integrated into the landscape and with stunning views over the Guadiana River, the course sits in a natural valley overlooked by the Clubhouse.
At Quinta do Vale, players will notice Seve’s creativity as well as his promise: To please everyone no matter what their handicap is. The course is enhanced by numerous dogleg holes, wide fairways and obstacles all set in breath-taking surroundings. The challenge awaits you at Quinta do Vale Golf Resort.
The 18 hole course is endorsing its growing reputation for its player enjoyment and with the improvement of the access from the Via de Infante to Tavira making the whole area much quicker to reach. The Benamor Golf Course views both to the Atlantic Ocean and the hills of the Serra do Caldeirao. The accuracy of the shot of the golfer is particularly called upon by the architects retention of as many of the old trees as feasible. These natural obstacles coupled with strategic placed bunkers and occasional water hazards make the course a worthwhile challenge.

The Grouse is the newest of the three nine holes with the more open far-reaching inland hill views. Although it only opened in 2008 it is already nicely mature. It has rolling terrain with fewer trees than the other two courses.
The courses are teeming with wildlife including wild boar, birds and rabbits. Some lucky property owners have even spotted the elusive Iberian Lynx on The Grouse Course when playing early in the morning.
The Guadiana Course is a delight, set amongst attractive pine trees. Fast and true greens, several of them elevated and protected by bunkers, inviting elevated tees and dogleg fairways carved out of canyons are features of the course.
Designed by Bristol-based Terry Murray around ten years ago, The Guadiana and Atlântico courses are the most mature of the three courses, with attractive pine trees lining the fairways.
The courses are teeming with wildlife, especially partridge in the winter months.
