The home of the Lesters Golf Academy is the Vila Sol Spa & Golf Resort in Vilamoura, Portugal. With our year round sunshine, our excellent facilities, including 3 tees, 2 bunkers, 2 putting greens, chipping & pitching green, golf studio and head of teaching, PGA professional Peter Lester's simple winning method, we have become much sought after by golfers from all parts of the world. We offer coaching services to all levels of golfers from the young children through to winning tour professionals.
Lesters Golf Academy Junior golf school We offer a weekly junior school and have a junior membership available together with a tournament programme for anyone living in Portugal. Visiting juniors are catered for with custom made programmes for individuals as well as groups. Golf Academy Programmes We offer both a 3 day & a 5 day programme for both beginners and established players. The 3 day programme includes 7 hours of tuition at the Golf Academy, including long & short game practice. The 5 day programme includes 12 hours of tuition. The ground work including video filming will be at the academy where we take you through all departments of the game, afterwards we will visit the golf course to try your new skills. Short game school Having played at all levels Peter knows that the difference between winning and losing is the short game and we offer a number of packages taking you through the four departments (chipping, pitching, bunker & putting).
Corporate golf days With our training facilities and our 27-hole championship golf course, we have the perfect location to entertain your clients as well as giving your staff the opportunity to combine work with pleasure. All ofthe hotels that we work with have excellent conference facilities and are all in close location to the Golf Academy. We have clinics available for both large and small groups and have already provided clinics for many of Europe's leading companies. Golf school programmes:

7 Hour courses over 3 days
Beginners: €310
Advanced: €310
The 3 day programmes are available Monday to Wednesday or Thursday to Saturday .
Advanced programmes start at 09h00.
Beginners programmes start at 11h00.

12 hour courses over 5 days
Beginners: €485
Advanced: €485
The 5 day programmes are available Monday to Friday or Thursday to Tuesday (excluding Sunday)
Advanced programmes are between 09h00 – 11h00.
Beginners programmes are between 11h00 – 13h00.

The 5 day programme includes a round of golf on the final afternoon:
Beginners 4 holes & advanced 9 holes.

Group size: The groups are limited to maximum of 6 players, with a minimum of 2.

Teaching method: The teaching method is easy to understand and perfect for golfers of all ages and levels. The classes are given in English, Swedish and Portuguese.
