The property is in a quiet area of Vilamoura & close to all amenities. The Pinhal Golf Course is 500m from the house and you also have The Old Course, Millennium, Vicoria, Laguna & Vila Sol golf courses close by 'golfers paradise'. 250m from the house is a local supermarket and just a few meters further to the Vilamoura tennis club. It is a 10 min walk to the local bank, Post office and cinema. A nice pleasant walk will bring you to one of Europe's largest Marinas. Here you will find a good choice of restaurants, designer shops, an international casino and good night-life. Water sports, boat excursions, tours etc can all be arranged on the Marina. The house is only 2km away from the fantastic beaches Vilamoura has to offer. Situated close to the Hilton Hotel the house is on the bus route between Faro and Albufeira. A Short Drive: A short drive from the house you will find the Aqua show water park, which is a great day for all the family. On Wednesday don't miss the local market in Quarteira or Saturday the market in near by Loule. For the children there is go-karting in Almancil.If you feel like shopping you have two open air shopping centres, one in Faro and one in Guia, both with cinemas.
A long drive: The Algarve stretches from the Spanish border in the east to the Cape st Vincent in the west. Many of the small villages along the coast are well worth a visit. Stop of by one of the many beach front restaurants to taste the seafood. Seville is less than 2 hours by car and well worth a visit. Staying in Portugal Lisbon can be reached in 2 hours on the new motorway.
Golf: Discounted green-fees and pre booked start times are available at all of the championship courses in the area with the owner. Vilamoura is a golfers paradise with 6 championship courses all within minutes of the house and only a few kilometers away you will find the famous courses of Quinta do Lago & Vale do Lobo. Transfer can be pre booked with the owner.
